 Summer camp sign-ups Tuesdays in May.

 We have set aside Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. exclusively for Summer camp sign-ups, during the month of May. Please come in during these hours for personal attention and any questions you need answered about our summer camp program. You can download the summer camp registration forms from the bottom of this page. Fill them out at home and bring them with you. This will help expedite the time necessary to get your child enrolled.

 Daily sign-ups will be taken on a space available basis only.

Activities include: Gymnastics Instruction, Open Gym, Arts & Crafts, Games, Bounce Castles,
Camp Olympics, Outside Fun and  much more!

Full & 3/4 day Must bring a lunch.  (juice and snack will be provided).

Please let us know of any food allergies.

Ages 4 (potty trained) & up -Boys & Girls  (Age 4, 1/2 day only)

Door opens at 8:00am...
An additional charge of $15.00 per day or $50. per week for early drop off  before 8:45am….
A late pick up fee of $10. per day  will be charged after 5:15pm and $5.00 every 15 minutes after.

There is a $30. registration fee for a non-registered student & $50. family fee.
The balance of all fees are due in full by 9:00am on Monday of each week when  your child signs in.

*HEALTH FORMS MUST BE IN BY NO LATER THAN JUNE 14th.

 THERE  WILL BE  NO REFUNDS OF REGISTRATION FEES. 

A $50.00 non-refundable per week, per child deposit is required with your registration to hold your spot.

*If the camp cost less than the deposit, full payment is required. 

* Payments beyond the deposit & registration can be refunded with notice (to the gym) before June 14th. 

  USAG CERTIFIED  STAFF MEMBERS WILL BE ON THE PREMISES AT ALL TIMES…
WE CONTINUE TO ATTEND SEMINARS AND CLINICS TO KEEP UP-TO-DATE ON CURRENT TECHNIQUES  OF  TRAINING.
WE PROVIDE A SAFE,  HAPPY LEARNING EXPERIENCE FOR YOUR CHILD IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT.

 

IF ANYONE OTHER THEN PARENTS ARE  PICKING UP YOUR CHILD(S), WE MUST HAVE A WRITTEN AND SIGNED PERMISSION NOTE BY THE  PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN.  NO PHONE CALLS OR FAXES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
